VARIETY OF PHOTOS FOR FAMILIES TO CHOOSE FROM - We capture a selection of PORTRAIT PHOTOS of children that are registered for photos.
Families can choose to opt for additional PLAY photos for an extra fee to cover extra time to capture play photos.
EASY ONLINE ORDERING - Families can view and order online any time of day or night with a range digital and/Print packages to suit all budgets.
FAST TURNAROUND TIMES - Families have access to view their child's photo gallery (if applicable) in approximately 5 working days after we finish at your centre.

OUR CHILDCARE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE
We capture a minimum of 5 beautiful portraits of each child that has been registered for photos to be taken.
Photos are taken in one lovely spot in a playground area (weather permitting).
An upfront deposit fee of $30 is required by parents to pay via our online registration system PRIOR to photo day.
A private online gallery is prepared for parents to choose and select a package with a $30 credit to use at checkout.
* NEW * as of TERM 2 2025 - parents are able to add on Play photos for an additional fee to cover extra time to capture play photos. These are added to their gallery of images to choose a package from.
Photo galleries ready to view in 5 business days after we finish at the centre !
What does PORTRAIT PHOTOS mean ?
Portrait photos are taken with the child either sitting on rug, stool, box or small bike with a variety of expressions/angles
rather than capturing children at play. * Age dependant.
With this style it allows us to be efficient with time + less disruption to your childcare centre routine
whilst still giving parents a lovely range of images to choose from.

Our Photography Process for Childcares/ELC/Daycare
1. Booking NOW for 2025 - We photograph from FEB - DEC during school terms only. Our most popular months are April - August (term 2/early term 3) so book early to avoid missing out.
2. We will send you flyers/posters and digital resources - Parents REGISTER online for individual photos to be taken of their child. Parents choose their package AFTER they see their photos ! They can choose 1 photo packages or Multi-Images packages.
3. Photo Day/s. Parents choose their child's photo day from the listed days we will be at your centre.
4. We send an EMAIL /SMS to parents who registered when their photo galleries are ready to view within 5 working days (approx).
5. There is a 10 day ordering period and then photo packages delivered 2-3 weeks later.

CLASS PHOTOS
Choose ONE of the 2 styles offered for Childcares/ELC's/ Daycares.
1. COMPOSITE style class - includes ONLY the children that are registered for photos to be taken. It will not include children who have not registered with us. *This is a popular option *
OR
2. TRADITIONAL style class - includes all children present on photo day.
A class photo is scheduled for each class on ONE day at ONE time. We recommend that this is ONLY done for Kindergarten age classes only.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding our CHILDCARE/ ELC Photography service
DO FAMILIES PAY UPFRONT ?
Families are required to register online and pay a small deposit of $30 for photos to be taken of their child. Families then choose their photo package after viewing their child’s photo gallery and receive a $30 credit towards their package spend. We ask that you look over our price guide to ascertain if our pricing will suit your centre families. Our prices are competitive with the added bonus that we give your families the luxury of a choice of images and not just 1 preselected photo. We cater for ALL budgets from 1 photo packages, multiple or All photos.
As of TERM 2/ 2025 - Parents will have the option to ADD ON play based photos as well as headshot/portraits. There is an extra fee for parents to pay when registering to cover the extra time to photograph play photos of their child (up to 10 extra photos added to their gallery to select their photo package from). This extra fee is NOT given as credit as it is an additional service.
DOES THE CENTRE NEED TO HANDLE ANY CASH OR ORDERS ?
No, All Ordering is done through our secure online gallery and cart. We handle all that for you.
WHERE DO YOU TAKE THE PHOTOS ? We photograph in the outdoor area of your centre OR an option for backdrop portraits if that is preferred. This aids in creating the photos you see on the website with natural light. We choose areas that have some shade to produce this result. In wet weather we will either move to an area undercover or discuss the suitability of postponement. This is extremely rare in our beautiful Queensland climate !
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? The sessions generally take from 2 days for centres up to 130 enrolled children - longer for larger childcare centres. Photo galleries are then ready to view approximately 5 working days after the last session at the centre. There is then a 10 day ordering period for printed photo packages. If families order digital files they are delivered immediately.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE ? Yes. We have public liability insurance. Proof of insurance coverage available on request.
DO YOU HAVE A WORKING WITH CHILDREN CARD ? YES, Trina and her team all have a Working With Children Blue card.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH CLASS PHOTOS ?
For Childcare centres - for ages up to 3 year olds we recommend a composite style class photo (best individual photo of each child on one print. We can discuss with you the suitability to do a traditional class photo for the oldest class group only. PLEASE NOTE: for composite style class photo - ONLY children that have registered for photos to be taken will appear on the class photo.
WHAT IF CHILDREN ARE ABSENT/SICK ?
We will reschedule them for another day whilst we are attending the centre if they are pre-registered. We ask that families contact us to arrange this so they prepare their child for photos on the next day. Schedule permitting we may be able to arrange a return to the centre to photograph absent children. Generally though - we process a refund if a child is absent on photo day.
DO YOU SUPPLY PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL - FLYERS/POSTERS ?
YES, 1 month prior to photo sessions we make contact to ask for class lists so we can prepare unique flyers for every child. We also supply posters to hang at the centre. Emails are sent to families to ask them to collect their flyer and pre-register for their child’s photos to be taken.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SIBLING PHOTOS ?
YES ! We love photographing siblings ! Families need to ensure they have pre-registered for this bonus opportunity. Sibling photos are photographed on the youngest child’s scheduled photo day.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SIBLINGS THAT DON'T ATTEND THE CENTRE ?
We provide this service for smaller centres and as time permitting if the family contacts us through the pre-registration process. It is only available for siblings not enrolled at the centre that are older (at least school aged) and not for younger siblings that don't attend the centre. Our priority is providing the most amount of time for photography of centre enrolled children.

Yes absolutely. Families are welcome to call during business hours or email anytime and we are happy to promptly assist with any enquires, re-scheduling or ordering/website assistance. We encourage the centre to pass on all questions so we can give personal attention to your families.
